This small inner hole slip ring features a 9mm inner diameter, making it ideal for compact rotary applications, like ultrasonic probes and precision instruments. With multi-channel design, it supports specific signal transmission like RS485, CAN-Bus, etc. When in use, the slip ring rotates with the shaft of the equipment, with a maximum speed of 500 rpm.
360° continuous rotation
The annular conductive ring of small inner hole slip ring is installed around the rotating shaft, and the brushes are in continuous sliding contact with the conductive ring. Its rotor rotates 360° without being limited by the rotation range of the device.
Reinforced insulation
It is equipped with a POM shell and maintains electrical insulation through rubber and plastic insulators at the connection of components. This can reduce the frequency of leakage current and short circuit.
Multi-channel integration
The slip ring adopts a micro-structure design and has up to 20 channels. It can be quickly integrated into the device and integrate the internal chaotic lines.
