Through-hole slip rings--BTH0932, also known as hollow shaft slip rings, are a special type of electromechanical component consisting of a rotating hollow shaft and a brush assembly fixed to the shaft. In order to ensure the electrical insulation performance of the slip ring, the insulation material of our BTH0932 through-hole slip ring is generally POM. POM has good electrical insulation performance and is not affected by temperature and humidity. It can effectively isolate different conductive parts in the slip ring, prevent current leakage and short circuit, and ensure stable transmission of signals and power.

360° continuous rotation

The rotor of the BTH0932through-hole slip ring is installed on the rotating shaft, and the stator is fixed on the base. No matter how the rotating shaft rotates, the connection line on the stator can remain stable, and the conductive ring on the rotor can rotate freely with the rotating shaft, achieving 360° continuous rotation while ensuring the transmission of signals and energy.

High speed performance

Our through-hole slip ring has an operating speed of 500rpm, which can adapt to high-speed rotation and has good dynamic performance. It can maintain stable signal transmission under high-speed rotation, and will not cause signal interruption or distortion due to excessively high speed.
